1. The Service

DesignadAI lets you browse marketing design templates, purchase a personalized AI-generated design based on a template's general style, and download or publish the finished creative.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

3. Payments

Purchases are per finished design at the price shown at checkout. Pricing is configurable and may change; the price you pay is the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to create designs that infringe third-party intellectual property, impersonate another business, or violate applicable law.

5. Ownership

Subject to payment and these terms, you receive rights to use the finished creative for your business's marketing purposes.
