Refund & Cancellation Policy
When a purchase is eligible for a refund.

1. Failed Generations
If a design generation fails due to a system or provider issue, you are not charged for that attempt, and any amount already captured for it is refunded.
2. Dissatisfaction
Because each design is generated specifically for your business, refund eligibility for 'I don't like the result' cases is limited once natural-language edits have been offered and used.
3. How to Request
Contact support with your order ID within the stated window; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
